All sales are final. All our products are made to order and cannot be resold. Horses break things and we cannot warranty any damage to our product except wormanship and material for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of purchase. Any damage the product during shippment must be reported to the agency who delivered your product to you. we are not responsible for shipping damage. We will repair or replace any item with a defect in workmanship or material ,If you think there are defects in workmanship or material you must notify us before the 30 day period has expired. You will be responsible for costs to return the items to us, when we recieve the item we will determine what happened to it, if it is determined that we were at fault we will refund the shipping cost. If defect is due to workmanship or material we will repair or if need be will send you a new item You will not be due a refund.If we determine the damage or defect was not due to workmanship or material the item will be returned at your expense.
